best of 2010

yeah, yeah, everyone else did their best of at the end of the year, but this is based on the blogging year – not the actual year, and today – the 3rd marks the two-year anniversary of this blog.  so these are some highlights to me of the last year  for those that came in late, or missed a post.  it also helps me add a post in this low season when the growing and persevering season is at a low.  but just watch out…

so here we go 2010 in review

feb.

green mango pickles have changed my life – ma and i have eaten over a gallon of them this year, and i reference the recipe i made often.

april

the first time i’ve made dandelion wine in a couple of years.  we sampled some last night as a harbinger of spring.

this how to on making soil blocks, which has saved me a lot of explaining.

and all these lovely spring wildflowers – i’m looking forward to them with such cool weather right now.
