sandor kraut was kind enough to add a link to this blog on his website, a site i’ve made reference to on several occasions. it inspired me to clean up the links area of this site, adding a few categories, adding a couple of sites including his and taking away links i found myself not enjoying all that much. i especially recommend exploring the resources section of the wild fermentation site as it’s full of great links for anyone interested in fermentation and food. on the topic of fermentation ma and i had great japanese pickled vegetables as part of dinner last night.
