the asparagus is going full strength. i picked over 30 pounds yesterday morning. i’ve also made it my mission to eat asparagus pretty much at every meal i make. so far the last 4 meals have. saturday night frittata with ramps and asparagus, sunday brunch asparagus with pasta, sunday evening asparagus with hoisin sauce, this morning asparagus on toast with melted cheese. my plan is to eat it till i get sick of it. so far so good.
